RETURN POLICY

Regular items may be returned within 30 days of the date on the receipt in original, undamaged packaging and in unused condition. Live goods, special orders, hygiene items and items which have been custom assembled are final sales and cannot be returned. Original receipt must accompany returned item. Items that require special handling will be assessed a 10% re-stocking fee. Store credit will be issued for cash or check purchases. Credit card refunds will be assessed 6% credit card fees. We reserve the right to not accept a return. While our policies are firm, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.
