It Takes a Family... |
|
 |
| |
|
Swan’s Water
Gardens is a family run business owned by Kevin and Diane Swan and their
son Chad. The company was founded in 1994 after building their first
water garden in their backyard to enjoy the peace and tranquility that
water brings to any environment. |
|
The water
garden bug bit them so hard they knew they had to do something about it,
something special. That’s the day Swan’s Water Gardens was
born and, as they say, “the rest is history.” |
|
From their
humble beginnings as a design build firm specializing in the creation of
naturalistic waterfalls, streams and ponds, they quickly grew into a
leader in the Kansas City marketplace serving business and residential
customers with their innovative products and artistic craftsmanship. The
Swan’s started their business with a commitment of transforming boring
backyards into magical places by designing and building their beautiful
water features. |

Swan's Water Gardens Has Created A
Unique Experience For All Visitors! |
|
Arriving at Swan's
Water Gardens is like entering a charming garden village complete with
covered bridges, scenic pathways winding through beautiful water gardens,
magnificent waterfalls and peaceful streams. You'll find quaint
arbors and benches along the way where you can sit and relax taking in the
breathtaking sights and sounds of a true water garden paradise. The
soothing effects that the sound of water has on all of us will quickly
cause your mind to wander as if you had been taken to a far away place
where all the troubles and stress of our daily lives is but a distant
memory. Calm sets in, complete peace and harmony consumes our very souls.
As you sit and admire the colorful fish swimming about with beautiful
flowering lilies showing off as they stand proud and tall above the ponds
surface. Butterflies flitter here and there and a occasional bird
lands in the stream to bathe and drink until content then off to the cover
of a nearby tree to preen it's feathers. Your attention soon turns
to a sleepy eyed frog resting on a rock taking it all in while keeping an
eye out for a tasty little snack to fly by. |
| |
|
As
you make your way along the pathways you'll discover many different
varieties of ornamental grasses, shrubs and flowers to enjoy as you feel
secluded from the outside world. At each turn there's a different
pond with it's own unique waterfalls to give you a totally different
perspective and look so you may envision what it would be like in your
backyard. |
